We are looking for a person who can demonstrate an internationally suc-cessful, contemporary artistic practice within the thematic area of “Multi-dimensional Strategies.” This multi-medial teaching position is to be based on the wide variety of contemporary artistic positions as well as the applicant’s own artistic interests.

Successful applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
Exceptional and unique artistic work,
Multiple years of international exhibition experience,
Willingness to teach across both classes and subject matters,
Willingness to contribute to the further development of the Kunsthochschule,
Meaningfully supplementing the teaching positions at the Kunsthochschule,
Increasing the national and international renown of the Kunsthochschule.
Applicants must demonstrate their qualifications for teaching and hold appropriate teaching experience.
A transcultural practice will be appreciated.
A willingness to create points of contact between the Kunsthochschule and the nascent documenta Institut will be welcomed.
The Kunsthochschule’s profile is based on intense exchange between the programs in art, art pedagogy, art history, visual communication, and product design, as well as direct exchange and cooperation with the study workshops.
Participation in academic self-administration is a requirement.
The employment and performance requirements apply pursuant to §§ 61, 62 of the Higher Education Act of Hessen.
